Meetings with a Career Coach

An orientation is required for clients to access career Coaching services. Services provided by the career coaches include:

• overview of Career Connection online 
• resume critique and interview practice 
• job search strategies
• Winway demonstration (resume template)
• eligibility assessment for Exposure Course tuition
• eligibility assessment for waiver of IQAS fee

Career and Employment Counselling

For clients requiring in-depth coaching in work search or career planning, a collaborative process between the individual and a career coach is provided. This service focuses on development and completion of an action plan.
