- Self-help career planning and employment preparation resources
- Labour market information (newspapers, books, internet resources and handouts)
- Computers with Internet, printers, fax and telephones for work search
CAREER COACHING APPOINTMENTS:
Meet with a Career Coach to seek advice and assistance to manage your career.
The general goal of career coaching is to assist you in:
- identifying your skills
- making informed career choices
- overcoming career challenges and transitions
A Career Coach can offer personal assistance in work-related areas such as:
- resume and cover letter writing
- interview practice and interview skill development
- training and education
- eligibility assessment for exposure courses (short courses of two to four weeks in length that improve employability)

You are provided with comprehensive advice and assistance in developing an action plan to help you make a successful labour market transition:
